FINAL COLLEGE SELECTION
If you have made your college decision, stop by Student Services to sign the college decision roster. Also if you have received scholarship award letters, those you are accepting and those you are not, bring a copy of the letter(s) to Student Services so we can keep track of what scholarships the Class of 2017 are being offered. Scholarship awards will not be shared, a running total of the Class of 2107 is all that is reported.
Seniors - Some Colleges/Universities require students to send mid-year transcripts. We will begin that process in mid-January after semester grades have been posted. Please check with the colleges to which you have applied to determine if you need to request mid-year transcripts to be sent through Naviance. If you do need to request a mid-year transcript, click here for step by step directions on how to request a midyear transcript. See your guidance counselor or student services with questions.
POP ARTS SCHOLARSHIP
Seniors who are involved in the Performing Arts are encouraged to apply for the POP ARTS Scholarship. For more information see the scholarship overview and application. The application deadline is April 6.
SENIORS - TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
Seniors, please request your transcript at least 10 school days prior to an application deadline date. Please be sure to match the Common Application to your Naviance account before we can send the transcript. This means your Common Application must be completed through the FERPA agreement and colleges listed on the Common Application before you request your transcript. When students request a transcript, we will send the transcript, our secondary school report and the Orange High School profile. Remember, the counselors are not in the office during Thanksgiving and winter break. If you have questions, please see your guidance counselor.
